La Milpa started as a weekend food stand in 1998, with recipes our family brought from Nuevo León. Twenty-eight years later we're still rolling tortillas by hand every morning, and three generations still work the kitchen together.
When you eat here, you're eating what we eat at home. That's the whole idea.
