Here's exactly what happens, in order, so there are no surprises.
Quick call
We talk for 15 minutes. What your business does, who your customers are, what you want them to do when they land on your site (call, order, book, visit). I'll ask about your hours, photos, and anything you already have. No homework for you.
Design
Within a few days I send you a private link to a live first version. Not a sketch, a real working site you can open on your phone and click around. You'll see exactly what customers would see.
Your feedback
You tell me what to change: wording, colors, photos, the order of things. Revisions are included, not billed. We go back and forth until you're happy, usually one or two rounds.
Launch
I connect your domain (or help you buy one, about $15/year), set up the site live with a secure padlock, and make sure Google can find it. You own the domain and the site. Nothing is held hostage.
Care plan (optional)
For $50/month I handle everything after launch: hosting, domain renewals, and unlimited small edits. New hours, a menu change, a photo swap. You text me, it's done within 48 hours. Or skip it and I hand you the files.
Questions owners ask me
How long does it really take?
Most sites are live within a week of our first call. If you already have photos and know what you want, it can be faster.
Do I need to write the text for the site?
No. Tell me about your business on the call and I'll write it. You review and change whatever you want.
What if I already have a domain?
Great, we use it. If you don't, I'll help you buy one in your name (about $15/year).
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered to you, and if you ever stop the care plan I hand you the files.
Can you add online ordering or booking?
Yes. Most restaurants already use Toast, Square, or DoorDash, and I link your site straight to it. Booking tools like Booksy work the same way. Bigger custom features get a separate quote.
Do you really do Spanish?
Yes, and not with Google Translate. I'm fully bilingual and write the Spanish version myself.
