This is what you agree to when you pay Creatura. Short on purpose.

Price and payments

A custom website costs $500 flat, paid in two parts. The $250 deposit is paid before work starts. The final $250 is due when the website is live on your domain and you have approved it. By paying the deposit you authorize Creatura to charge the final $250 to the card you used, through Stripe, at that time. You receive an emailed receipt for every payment.

What you get

Up to 5 custom-designed pages, mobile-friendly, with an English/Spanish toggle, contact form, maps and tap-to-call, set up live on your domain. Reasonable revisions during the build are included. After the final payment the website and its files are yours.

Timeline

Most sites go live within about a week of receiving your content (text, photos, menu, hours). Delays in sending content extend the timeline. Delays in approval do not change the final payment, which is due when the site is live and working as agreed.

Care plan (optional)

$50 per month covers hosting, domain management, unlimited small edits (hours, menu, prices, photos, text), and support by text, with changes done within 48 hours. It renews monthly and you can cancel any time from the link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; months already paid are not refunded. Your site stays yours after cancelling.

Refunds and cancellation

If you cancel before design work has started, the deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started the deposit is non-refundable, since it covers the design time. If Creatura cannot deliver the agreed site, the deposit is refunded in full.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any text, photos, logos and other material you give Creatura for the site. Creatura may show the finished site in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
